This is so soothing for my muscle aches. The material is so nice and I purchased this item for the washable case. I would highly recommend this for anyone with muscle aches and it's great to wrap around the neck but also good for lower back pain and for legs too. I chose the lavender scent which is nice. It was a little strong but I think it should hold its scent for a long time. So glad I purchased this. With a great gift idea too.
