Great for my thick hair, nice size & lather, shipped quickly. Also appreciated that I could choose minimal packaging (came wrapped brown kraft paper which was perfect- I can recycle after use). I followed their recommendations for washing with good results. I have been using ACV as a "rinse" for years after shampooing; they suggested rinsing before shampooing. This made my (very) thick hair much easier to untangle and left it smooth & shiny. Great product!
