Usually salt soaps are too harsh on my skin - especially on my dry, eczema spots. This is the first salt soap I've ever used that didn't scratch or feel corse. Instead I get gentle exfoliation with SUPERB moisture! I put a lot of salves and zinc on my eczema but it still requires gentle exfoliation. This is the perfect bar for that purpose. It doesn't hurt that the spearmint scent is fabulous too! Most highly recommend.

Someone recommended this soap in the comments of a zero-waste blog I read, and I'm glad I tried it! It smells lovely, leaves my skin feeling noticeably softer, and is the only soap I've used that successfully removes bike chain grease! It also doesn't get slimy or gooey on the under-side between uses. Basically this soap is magical.
